hello, i’ve moved location and now my Multi-TV does not work anymore. when i scan, i see the channels displayed but no signal. No channels is working, what do i do. the default satellite in on Intelsat 12…HELP
I assume you are still in Ghana. Your satellite dish is not aligned properly and that explains why your satellite receiver cannot detect the signals. Get an accredited installer to tune your dish for you.
If there is any object obstructing the dish, the installer would be able to advise you on a new location for your dish.
Multi TV’s satellite signals reaches every nook and cranny of Ghana and so you shouldn’t have any problems receiving their service.
