Safaricom launches Prepaid Roaming Service in East Africa

Kenya’s Safaricom has innovatively brought down mobile phone communication barriers and costs in the East Africa region. Safaricom has introduced a prepaid roaming service to Uganda and Tanzania featuring a new standard calling rate tariff across the region.
